All old things will become new again...

Sooo my dating history is a bit extensive and kinda crazy...maybe one day I'll fill you guys in all the way lol. But anyways, my ex Brandon, whom I have known since I was in kindergarten which equals a long ass time fell off the map earlier in the year. He is without a doubt one of my best friends ever and I'm not sure that we can still be JUST friends if you know what I mean.
So the fact that he fell off the map upset me seeing as how the only time we had fallen off before was after our breakup. Which is a completely different crazy story in itself. But anyways, after calling, texting, Facebooking, and even making a rare appearance on MySpace I decided it was time to surprise him at home. Now usually this is a COMPLETE no- no in a situation, but once again knowing him for as long as eeeever I can do this. So I show up and of course his little sister, whom I absolutely adore, goes crazy as does his little brother. But Brandon....wellll let's say this first meeting since sayyy January was a little awkward for us. And I was non too happy about that and I expressed this to him via Twitter. And this immediately solved all issues, he always manages to make things right again.
So I come by to visit once again the next day, announced, of course and things were great! I feel as though a big portion of my life is back in action (insert cheesy smiley face here)! Now of course most of my time there was spent catching up with his mother, whom I do love dearly but talks nonstop! But as I said things are back to normal and I'm very happy about that! Now the dilemna is... what are we and what will you be...always and forever our question when it comes to one another!
But who knows...at some point All old things will become new again

Kristal's new Workout Plan

I've recently become an avid fan of working out. Although I don't exactly do the gym thing I've decided to do things on my own. If you know me you that I have recently joined the Air Force and will be leaving in September. So I decided that it's time to get back into tip top shape! I've never weighed more than 145 and don't want to either. I've been small as long as I can remember and I can say I attained this attribute from both of my parents. All during high school I played sports and there was no need for running on my own and absurd amounts of crunches on my yoga mat. But now that I'm not involved in organized anything really; it's time to whip the booty into Beyonce' shape!

Lately I've been getting questions from people asking what do I do to stay in shape. Seeing as how I got myself bikini ready in less than a month I won't say I'm an expert but I know what worked for me. like I said earlier I don't do gyms so everything I do can be done with next to nothing at all.

Abs
All I do to keep my stomach tight is crunches and sit ups. Ten sets of thirty crunches every other day will give you the abs of your dreams in a short time I swear!!!

Legs
Now I don't exactly have Ciara's legs although I would loooove to have them, I don't, but all it really takes to keep those gams sexy as they come is good care and a great run.I run about 2 miles every couple of days. I don't keep up with it as well as I should but it has been working for me! Keep those legs tight and shiny with some inexpensive Jergen'sor all natural Shea butter. Please shave ladies, it's summer time. Yeti legs aren't sexy!

Arms and Chest
Soo I'm not really a fan of working out my arms or chest because I'm very muchnaturally toned and my sister teases me saying I have man arms, which I don't.But it's one thing to have toned arms and another to have toned arms that are useful. This may be a slight bit extreme for some but for what I need it works. Ten sets of fifteen push ups will do you right. I don't do girl push ups but if you have to do your thing.Too many push ups will have you looking like a female bodybuilder and we don't want that.

Full body
In order to relieve stress and tone my core and improve balance I do yoga which benefitsyour whole body inside and out. I do Namaste Yoga five days out of the week. It helps calm me and has helped my breathing when doing cardio intensive workouts. You should definitely start out with beginners yoga because you can hurt yourself starting too much too fast. I don't do yoga in the gym I do it at home with Namaste Yoga on FitTv. Check with your cable providerto see if you get this channel. But if you don't you can download free podcast from iTunes and do yoga 'til you fall out!

I hope this helps you guys whip yourself back into shape or maintain your shape! It doesn't take much to keep yourself up so why wouldn't you want to do it?

So I've decided to start blogging because I need an outlet. I'm about to go into the military and I have lots of things I want to say. My name is Kristal and I'm 19. I formerly attended Georgia Tech and am now a member of the Air Force. I hope someone finds this interesting, its just whatever comes to mind! Enjoy!!!
